Yesterday, a Prosecutor from the Special Prosecution Office in Kosovo (SPRK) filed an indictment with the Basic Court in Mitrovica against five defendants.

One defendant is accused of incitement to commit war crimes in April 1999. He is also accused together with a second defendant to have incited in co-perpetration to commit the crimes of aggravated murder and attempted aggravated murder in February 2000.The other three defendants are accused of the crimes of aggravated murder and attempted aggravated murder in February 2000.
