A EULEX judge at the Municipal Court of Peja/Pec confirmed on 4 April 2012 the indictment against B.S. and B.S.. The defendants are charged with the criminal offence of tax evasion through two companies in Peja led by them.

The defendants waived the right to the review of the indictment and the evidence through their defence counsels before the confirmation hearing. The judge declared the indictment confirmed and all evidence obtained during the investigations as admissible.

EULEX has been monitoring, mentoring and advising the local prosecutor from the Special Prosecution Office in the case.
