Today a mixed panel of EULEX and local judges at Prishtinë/Pristina District Court acquitted M.K. of the criminal offence of Active participation in a terrorist organization due to lack of evidence.

M.K. was charged with this criminal office in an indictment filed by a local prosecutor from the Kosovo Special Prosecution Office (SPRK) at the Prishtinë/Pristina District Court.

Parties have the right to appeal this verdict within fifteen days of the day the copy of the judgment has been served to the parties.
