The indictment against three defendants accused of committing war crimes against the civilian population in 1999 has been confirmed at the District Court in Pristina. The individuals are: S.M., S.M. and S.S..

The investigation is under the supervision of a Kosovo Prosecutor from the Kosovo Special Prosecution Office (SPRK). A date will be set for the trial in the near future.
