A former Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Health, and current advisor working at the Ministry of Health, has been released on bail on the order of a EULEX pre-trial judge at the Pristina District Court.

Bail was set at 50,000 euros.

The individual was arrested yesterday in the context of a criminal investigation into tax evasion.

The ongoing investigation is being carried out by EULEX Police under the supervision of the Special Prosecutor’s Office (SPRK).
