Federica Mogherini, High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy/Vice-President of the European Commission arrived in Kosovo on 26 March for a one-day visit. 

As part of her visit to Kosovo, High Representative/Vice-President Mogherini also visited the EULEX Rule of Law Mission in Kosovo. 

The Head of EULEX, Gabriele Meucci, welcomed Ms. Mogherini at the EULEX Headquarters in Pristina, where she addressed all EULEX staff members and commended EULEX for its work in the rule of law area in Kosovo.
