EULEX presented its Monitoring Report “Assessment of the Handling of Rape Cases by the Justice System in Kosovo”, which provides a preliminary assessment of how Kosovo’s justice system deals with rape cases. The report includes findings and specific recommendations to Kosovo's authorities.
