On 16 November, the Head of Mission of the European Union Rule of Law Mission in Kosovo (EULEX), Giovanni Pietro Barbano, joined strategic discussions at the first Annual Review Conference under the new Civilian Common Security and Defence Policy (CSDP) Compact - hosted in Brussels by the European External Action Service (EEAS) and the Spanish Presidency of the Council of the EU - sharing insights on how to increase responsiveness in civilian CSDP missions.
