On 30 August 2024, the Head of Mission of the European Union Rule of Law Mission in Kosovo (EULEX), Giovanni Pietro Barbano, joined Kosovo authorities, missing persons’ families and representatives of the international community in marking the International Day of the Victims of Enforced Disappearances.

Shedding light on the fate of missing persons is a continuing obligation and EULEX priority.
