On August 14, the Chief  State Prosecutor, Mr. Alexander Lumezi, met with EULEX Head of Mission, Mr. Gabriele Meucci. The key issue discussed was the transitional handover period from EULEX to respective local institutions. Mr. Lumezi was very appreciative of the Mission’s efforts to have the process be as efficient and effective as possible. EULEX’s current mandate will end on 14 June 2016.
