Today, the representatives of the
European Inter-University Centre for Human Rights and Democratisation (EIUC),
Andraz Zidar and Marijana Gradits handed over the donation of around 40 books
to the President of Appellate Court, Tonka Berisha.
The aim of this donation is to
enrich the library of the Appellate Court and also to give a better possibility
to the judges to consult various literature when facing problem or dilemmas in
the scope of their work.

Director and Marijana Gradits Academic Coordinator Vienna Master of Arts in
Human Rights presented this one-year academic programme (EMA), financed by the
EC, where students from EU-countries, some from EU candidate states and from
non-European countries study about human rights and democratisation.
The President of Appellate Court,
Tonka Berisha thanked the representatives for the donation and also gave very
brief presentation about the work, achievements and challenges of the Judges in
Kosovo.
EULEX judge Radostin Petrov and Anders Gunnar Cedhagen, the vice president of the EULEX judges also participated on the handover ceremony.
