EULEX Head of Mission Alexandra Papadopoulou met today 29 November 2016 with a visiting Amnesty International Delegation to Kosovo, Ms. Gauri van Gulik, Deputy Programme Director, Europe and Central Asia, EU and Balkans, to discuss the current EULEX mandate, developments on providing access to justice, including through criminal investigation and prosecution, as well as the process of handing over EULEX’s files to the local institutions.  “EULEX will strictly implement its mandate while adhering to European human rights requirements,” Ms. Papadopoulou said.
