Today, an international prosecutor from the Kosovo Special Prosecution Office (SPRK) filed an indictment against a defendant at the Prishtinë/Priština Basic Court. The defendant is charged with Inciting Another to Commit the Aggravated Murder of Kosovo Police Officer, T.R. and other offences. He has been remanded in detention since January 2014.

Another three individuals have already been convicted of the Aggravated Murder of T.R. who was shot to death in a car park in the Dardania area of Prishtinë/Priština whilst he was off duty in August 2007.

The case is being prosecuted by an international prosecutor from the SPRK.
