Today a mixed panel of local and international judges at Basic Court of Prizren acquitted the defendants S.N., M.K., T.K., S.K., A.B. and N.K. of all charges of the indictment.

The panel found the defendants S.N., M.K., T.K., S.K. and A.B. not guilty for the criminal offences of Extortion, while the defendant N.K. was found not guilty for the criminal offence of Contracting for disproportionate profit from property.

The case was prosecuted by a local prosecutor.

Parties have the right to appeal.
