An international pre-trial judge at the Basic Court of Prizren, on the request of an international prosecutor from Kosovo Special Prosecution Office (SPRK), on Wednesday (5 February) ordered one month detention on remand for an arrested suspect.

The suspect was arrested in Kosovo on 4 February upon an order for arrest of an international pre-trial judge and is suspected of Unauthorised purchase, possession, distribution and sales of dangerous narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, Organised Crime and Money Laundering.

The parties have the right to appeal this decision.
