Earlier today, O.I. voluntarily presented himself to Mitrovica North Police Station by prior arrangement between an international prosecutor from the SPRK and O.I.'s legal counsel.

The prosecutor then conducted an interview with O.I. as an alleged suspect in an ongoing war crimes investigation, together with allegations of aggravated murder after the conflict. That interview has been completed and the prosecutor has executed an order for arrest and is requesting the court to consider an application for detention.

That application for detention is presently before the court and no further statement will be provided at this time.
