A mixed panel of judges, presided over by a EULEX judge at the Supreme Court, upheld the conviction of the first instance court against D.N. for the criminal offences of murder in co-perpetration.

The Supreme Court rejected the appeals filed by the defendant and the injured party as ungrounded, thus upholding the first instance judgment.

D.N. was convicted by the District Court of Pejë/Peć in October 15, 2010. The first instance court found him guilty for shooting and killing D.A. and T.A. at Ure e Jakes in the village of Marmullë, municipality of Pejë/Peć in cooperation with previously convicted A.N. and S.N..

D.N. was sentenced to a punishment of twenty five (25) years of imprisonment.
