A EULEX judge confirmed the indictment filed at the District Court of Prishtinë/Priština by a EULEX prosecutor from the Special Prosecution Office of Kosovo on 25 July in the Kleçkë/Klečka case. The decision was taken on 26 August.

The indictment is confirmed in full against the defendants A.K., N.K., N.K., B.L., F.L., R.M., N.S., S.S., S.S., B.S..

The indictment charges the defendants with various counts of war crimes against the civilian population and prisoners of war allegedly committed from early 1999 until mid-June 1999 against Serbian and Albanian civilians and Serbian military prisoners and police officers detained in an improvised Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA) detention center located in the village of Kleçkë/Klečka.
